The Druid chp 15
The Druid chp 15 Fear and Darkness
About an hour later it was dark. Then an idea jumped into my mind. “Duh I will just feed Grace Wing some seeds that will stop at a place right were the stomach meets the throat and start growing into a vine plant which will worm into the wing. Then I will move the vines around into a certain muscle then by reflex the wings were start to flap. now admitting that after we get back to Zeln she will have internal bleeding and a lot of her muscles will not work again until we do some major healing but in the end she will live”. “Ok then” was all Steven could say.
It took about six hours for the procedure to undertake but once it was done she was flapping like mad. it was kind of hard to get on her and maneuver her towards Zeln every thing was going great. The sun was rising again though there were clouds in the sky so we couldn’t see the sun but the sky was brighter.
We were flying for about fifteen minutes when we saw something in the distance. four small specks nothing more. As we got closer I was able to start making out details it was fallen angels. Now usually I wouldn’t be afraid of some fallen angels however this time Grace Wing was not awake so we couldn’t fight them practically at all.
We hit them full on I freed my lance stabbing and killing one I swung my sword killing the second one. The third one attacked me I swung my sword again however I was not quick enough. She hit me full in the face knocking me off of my saddle. then all I remember is falling a crashing sound and darkness.
When I awoke again the first thing that I noticed was I was naked. Then second thing I notice I was on a hard stone floor. The third thing was that all of my things were taken. It took about a hour when I finally gave up waiting for my eyes to adjust for this darkness was darker then the darkest night it was the kind of darkness that would swallow you up it was the darkness of the abyss it was physical darkness it was alive.
I tried to sense for life but the darkness was pressing on me. I was afraid it was strange sensation that’s when it dawned on me I had never before in my life been afraid I had felt every other emotion but not fear and I new that at that very moment I had grown a hundred years wiser but it was not the good kind of wisdom for this place allowed no happiness.
Nothing happened for how log I do not know. Then I felt some thing. It was a little seed embedded in my skin I must have fell in a thorn bush when I fell off the saddle. So I held on to that seed for that seed was a speck of life it was more then life it was hope and I held on to it for I new if I let go I would fall into darkness for I was already on the brink of just that.
I could not tell if it was day or night or what time it was or how long I had been asleep. I soon tried a test by counting the seconds I counted to ten and tried figured how long my instincts told me how much time had passed. I continued this about nine times and every time the conclusion was very different.
After how long I do not know I heard the sound of a door opening and so I knew that I as going to be killed. I swore and cursed such horrible thing outs of anger frustration and fear that I surprised my self.

The Druid chp 14 I Go Home And Find A Horrible Welcome Committee
After I had learned water bending I and the water elf whose name I found was Steven became best friends. After about a week after I learned water bending Steven came to me while I was at my favorite restaurant the Hillka. We were exchanging gossips and flinging jokes generally just enjoying each other’s company. Soon I asked him why he had come here not that I was annoyed of course. “Ah yes” he replied “I wanted to know if it would be alright if you could take me to the lands were you came from in the first place”? “Why the sudden interest” I said feeling a little home sick all of a sudden. “I just want to know what it is like”. “Ok I will take you next week”.
Soon afterwards I was ready to go and so was Steven. We put our things in Grace Wing’s saddlebags. While I rode Grace Wing the water elf would swim in rivers and only when we would have to go across the Dark Lands would he ride with me then he would jump into one of the rivers and keep going. Its not like he had to he could stay above water for years however he said it still felt really good.
So unlike last time when it took but a few hours to get to Zeln it took us about four days to get back to my lands (I was quite annoyed). When I did get home however I stared not at the lush green lands that I remembered for instead I saw simply more of the horrible disembodied lands. We kept on flying for over a hour. Confused and not quite ready to believe what my eyes told me even though my eyes told me CRY CRY!! I kept flying forward but nothing came over the horizon.
“NO!” I cried “No this cannot be happening”. Steven who could sense what was happening patted me and took the reigns got in front of me and turned Grace Wing around even as I hit him half heartedly.
As we flew back to Zeln I looked across the bleak and terrible land below me. All of a sudden I saw an arrow whiz right past me not ten feet away. “Shoot” I thought. Then another whizzed past and another soon we were flying in a near sea of arrows. Taking out my staff I called upon the power of the earth to deflect the arrows in a nova burst of light. How ever no power came SHIT!! Was all I could say of course no power came to my staff we were in a land of dark shadows and no life came. I probably could have gotten around that but we were also very high up from the actual earth. So because of these to disadvantages I was unable to do anything.
I quickly told both Steven and Grace Wing about the situation. “Ok in that case give me your water flask” said Steven. “Fine time for a drink of water” I said a little happy that something had happened that could take my mind off of the troubles. as I gave it to him. He took the water flask then he drew all the water out of it and his own flask into the air then turned the water into ice after flattening then he put it under Grace Wing as a shield.
The volley of arrows didn’t cease to stop. However nothing penetrated the ice shield. We were flying safely for about twenty minutes before POW!! all of a sudden a giant red boulder came off of the ground shattered the shield and hit Grace Wing straight in the chest rendering her unconscious. We were falling (good thing I had my seat belt). We soon hit the ground with a horrible THUD!! Once we had landed I cut off my seatbelt with my sword I then started to sense for enemies near by and sure enough there were goblins. After about a minute and nothing happened I went over to Steven and saw that he was all right.
Nothing happened for about an hour then two hours three hours four five. Soon the sun had set and the moon was rising. Then about two hours after the moon had risen I saw something move around in some dead bushes NECTO!! I screamed and the bushes rose to full bloom alive and well then they started imploding crushing what ever was hiding them. A scream erupted through the dead forest. I smiled I had killed one of them.
After I had killed one of the goblins in the bushes I could here much yelling and arguing in the distance. “Time to run!” I screamed. So we started to run as fast as we could I kept my mind out side trying to detect if any one was on our tail. Sure enough I could feel about fifty little goblin feet after us so that meant there was twenty-five. Even though we had longer legs the goblins were running a little faster then us not only that but I could sense something big about a hundred yards ahead of us I don’t no what it was but I did know it was very big.
I told Steven what was ahead and he came to an immediate stop. “What ever is in front of us has to be worse then twenty five goblins so lets just fight them and get it over with. So there we were in front of a horde of goblins I had a crystal staff sword and lance and Steven had what little water that we had not lost and his sword. In just a few seconds they were upon us.
I killed the first one by making a root stick up tripping him and he cracked his skull on a rock. The second Steven killed by making two icicles and shoved them through the eye sockets. The third one got to me with a sword so I grabbed my sword and shoved it in front of me and since goblins don’t have very long arm reach he came running right into the blade. Then the rest I threw a bunch of seeds at them and they quickly grew into a plant called Bowa Vine coming up and crushing the rest of the goblins (like a
bowa constrictor).
After we killed the Goblins we went over to check on Grace Wing. She was fine just some cuts and bruises from the rough landing and as for the place were the boulder hit her there was no trace no blood no bruises nothing it was very wierd. “Okay” I said “before I go crazy lets face the facts. Fact number one we are deep within the shadow lands. Fact number two Grace Wing is out cold and there is no trace of the boulder”. Fact number three because Grace Wing is out cold we don’t have a way out of here.” “You forgot fact number four the Swarm obviously knows we are her”. “Thank you” “your welcome”. A few minutes later I said. “So what are we supposed to do about”? “I don’t know”.

The Druid chp 13 I Get Surprised For The 500,000,000 Time
I started exploring the city of Zeln for even though I had stayed here for about six months I still had not explored that much.
As I started exploring the city of Zeln. I passed many amazing things such as there was a forge were they were making swords that I swear were made up of flesh. I also saw some people who were carrying what looked like a green ball of slime it was very weird.
As I was exploring I came across a lake. So I was walking around the lake and I soon came across a man whose skin was scales that were a shade of blue and green like water sometimes looks like. He leaped into the lake but for some reason the water did not have a single ripple not only that but I did not see him any were through the clear waters. I stared at the place were he had seemingly vanished deep in thought. But in a few minutes I saw a head pop from out of the waters and stare at me.
It was the head of the man who had just now had jumped into the lake. I was so surprised that I jumped off of my feet and flat on my butt. I then said. “How do you do that” “Do what” “Jump into the water with out making a ripple and also how come I cant see you in fact I cant even see your body right now”. “Oh” he chuckled “You must be new here I am a water elf”.
I explained that I was from a different land all together. He listened very intently for the entire time very interested. When I was finely done he said “That sounds very fascinating so you are a real Druid”. “Yes” “Then it sounds like you might be able to bend water like me”. “Really” I said feeling very excited. “Sure” he said stepping out of the lake. “I can start teaching you right now if you want to” “Yes that sounds awesome”.
He first taught me how to swim now even though I had already learned to swim I had never learned how to swim like a water elf sadly I never even came close to being as good swimmer as him. He next did a very strange thing. He gave me a large bowl full of water. He then said “Lift up handfuls of the water for about a hour”. “How the heck does that help”? He simply said “Patience”. Grumbling I did what he said and in about an hour my fingers were like wet wrinkled plumbs. He then said, “Now move the water with out touching it but you have to feel like your touching it use the exact same brain waves with out actually doing it”. How in the world am I going to do that”! “Just do it.” He sighed. And sure enough it did happen before my eyes
Seeing it float in mid air made me yelp and then instantly the water fell splashing all over me. I looked at the water elf and all I could stutter was “wow”. “I new you could do it” he said patting me on the back. The next few weeks I was learning more and more about water magic. Finally after about a month I was a pretty good water bender not as a good as a water elf mind you.
